Greener Operations/Management

If you want to gain the most value from sustainability, it is essential that you don’t view sustainability as an add-on,but rather, recognize that any successful long-term sustainability initiative needs to position your company for success in a changing business world.

To ensure this, LEAP focuses on making sure you have the foundational tools, processes and metrics in place to manage sustainability as a core business value for years to come. More importantly, our team ensures that your team is educated and prepared to utilize those tools to deliver ongoing value to your business.

Carbon-Footprinting. The first step of any company's sustainability/carbon management program is to gain an independent and thorough understanding of its current green-house gas (GHG) emissions. LEAP carbon footprint appraisals provide a comprehensive assessment, identifying your emissions and calculating the impact that your business is directly responsible for, or can realistically control within your supply chain.

Emissions Reporting.  As your customers are starting to ask you what you are doing to “green” their supply chain, what do you tell them?  As we move toward more environmental awareness in Corporate America, tracking and reporting the emissions generated by your corporate customers will not be optional. LEAP provides the technology you need to deliver the detailed emissions reporting to support your clients’ sustainability initiatives.

Driver Training.  Saving money at the pump while reducing your emissions go hand-in-hand. Even if you haven’t had a chance to buy a new vehicle— which today are cleaner and more fuel efficient than ever before—you can still be an “EcoDriver.” EcoDrivers—no matter what they drive—use simple driving practices and basic maintenance steps to save money and protect the environment at the same time. A typical “good” driver can increase fuel efficiency by 15 percent or more.
